This app was developed to teach where beef joints come from on the carcase and to demonstrate the effect of conformation on a carcase. This is a 3D beef carcase produced by Breeze and Freeze for EBLEX by laser scanning a carcase in a chiller to produce an absolutely accurate model of the carcase.The model can now be manipulated into all the carcase classifications.
