Company Director, Ian Damms has developed his knowledge of training throughout his career. Indeed for his Masters degree his dissertation looked into how people learn and communicate and how new visual communication technologies can be used to enhance the learning experience. This knowledge has been enhanced by a wealth of practical experience in the prodution of training resources over the past 15 years.
